Studland Bay

Is a natural shelter for yachts and small boats. There are extensive beaches, which provide safe swimming for children. Many walks are available in this area of outstanding Natural Beauty now owned by the National Trust. Studland Heath has a warden controlled Nature reserve. Studland is protected from the prevailing South westerly winds by Ballard Down. .Swanage is just two miles distant and Bournemouth for the bright lights and more lavish entertainment can be reached by ferry across the entrance to Poole Harbour.
A challenging golf course with breathtaking views is  two miles away. ( Tennis can be played on the Swanage municipal Courts. Windsurfing is available in Studland Bay and at Swanage and Sandbanks. The Studland Riding Stables provide well trained horses, for hacking  over the heath, and off peak season on the North beach.(  Many places of interest are within easy reach. Brownsea Island, Compton Acres, Corfe Castle and Lulworth Cove to mention a few.

Corner Cottage is situated near a village shop and post office/off licence (100yards). The cottage is of Flintstone and brick construction with double glazed windows. It looks over farmland and across the bay to the Isle of Wight. The cottage is to be let as one unit to accommodate up to 9 guests plus a cot. One double bedroom is on the ground floor with shower & w.c ensuite. The garden at the back is secure with gates at either end of the drive.
